Water, like flamenco, flows and entwines as the rolling waves
Dropwise, forming a fountain of strength and energy
Like the tapping of dancer paints the stums of Flamenco guitar
The dance is filled with temperament and vigor, of delicacy and power
Like a God rising up from the water, flamenco was created in the bulls hide
As the waves in the wind, the frills of the dress sway to the rhythm of the dancer
Flamenco has its roots in India. Bithplace of spiritualism and exoticism
Next to Ganges the art born. Amongst the strings of the Hindu instruments
Among the spices and flavors of a people full of life and feeling
Where sharis harmonize with the flounces and colours of the dress sway
And the universe decided to mould the flamenco through the body of a woman
Step by step, forming every musical note with her hands and arms
Like the water of a river comes to life as it flows throught the currents
Flamenco: Nature. Fire. Force. Dance. All converted into the art of the dance
